I learned about this product while getting treaded by my physical therapist. The ice pack gets cold very quickly and lasts a good amount of time. Perfect for someone with neck pain and spasms.

These get cold pretty rapidly and stay cold for a really nice cold therapy experience. I like that they are malleable and don't get hard as a rock. I haven’t tried them for heat therapy. I’ve use lots of different cold packs, and these are good. I have several. My only problem is that a couple of them started breaking at the seam relatively quickly and the gel started leaking out. I purchased this for my husband who has a broken back which causes a lot of stress on his neck. He was constantly wrapping ice in a cloth and holding it on the back of his neck. He tried this neck ice pack, with the straps to aid in holding it in place and he loves it. Now when he rests, it's true rest with the coldness that this product retains and again, the straps have made all the difference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!

I have neck pain caused by a misaligned spine. This is a lifesaver when my neck is inflamed and I'm waiting for a chiropractor appointment. Love that it stays in place and cold for the duration I use it.

The large surface area covers the problem areas in my neck very well. While the gel is a bit stiff when it comes out of the freezer, it becomes more malleable as it warms. My first attempt at using a product like this. So far, so good!

For those of you that need a replacement therapy bag for your KT recovery. These are compatible and do the same thing and can be used for bith hot and cold. I unfortunately blew a hole in my hot therapy bag and the only way to replace it was to buy a whole new KT Recovery. This is definitely far less expensive and just as effective.

First three days of heating and reheating worked very well. I saw one expanded then popped after heating 90 seconds in microwave but no leaking so I wrapped in a towel as usual and placed on sore area. Next day I heated another identical pad from same order for 60 seconds it expanded, popped then leaked about a third of its contents into my microwave. We were in a pinch so I dropped it into a ziplock bag then wrapped in a towel and it provided heat needed it just lasted less time.Al in all it’s

I don't have a heating pad so I bought this for the versatile usage and love them! It is not hard to heat them up in the microwave and they work awesome frozen. Highly recommend!
