I think these mugs are wonderful. At first I was a little reluctant to order them due to some negative reviews but, I'm so happy I did; they're great! Yes; the glass is a little thin b/c of the double wall design (for insulation) and you should be a little careful w/them but they're very sturdy and do well in the dishwasher. I love the way my cappuccino looks in this mug. Keeps my beverage hot longer than a typical mug. Lost one mug in the dishwasher, just cracked, I am handwashing the second mug so I don't break it.

Love the shape and size of these mugs but after only a few months, both had liquid between the walls and we had to throw them out. Maybe if we were hand washing they would’ve lasted longer.

I love the size of these mugs; you can get a large cup of coffee! It’s also nice that the mug is not hot when you hold it because of the extra glass lining. And it being clear makes it great for hot and cold drinks alike.

I love these mugs but even when I am very careful washing with it I just noticed there is a crack in it. I have to throw the one mug away. So sad.

I had to reheat my coffee in the microwave for a minute. The handle was not warm and neither were the sides. The coffee was definitely warmer but not super hot to me. I did notice how light they were; so I was leery putting it in the microwave. There was not literature or indication on the box; so I took a chance on the microwave. Now that I am logged in I was able to confirm that they are microwave-safe.

I ordered this item while traveling in the Oregon area. and liked the item. also, it was delivered to me within 2 days. which was great service since I am going be on the road again. traveling back home to Sparks, NV.However, as I was unpacking it . one glass mug slipped out of my hand and broke. any chance of getting a replacement?

Easy to handle. Perfect cup of hot coffee or tea. Really holds the heat. Also purchased the smaller ones for espresso. The mugs may be more fragile when used with metal spoons or stirring utensils.

I've had these for a couple of weeks now.I've used it to in my microwave to reheat my coffee and am glad to report that my coffee was nice and hot and the cup itself was cool to touch and I didn't need to worry about burning my hands.These are light in weight and the do feel a little plastic-y because they're so light. Let me start with they have wonderful customer service. I mainly use this to make espresso and it's perfect for that. It's light weight and beautiful, but that comes with a cost which makes it also fragile. On of the first pair broke inside the dishwasher for some reason and after talking the customer service they sent a replacement right away. the mugs are a good size as my husband likes a large cup of coffee however, the mugs are lighter than the last mugs we purchased in the past from a German Co. These mugs were made in China, if I had known that I probably wouldn't have purchased them.

I compared a bunch of different mugs, before choosing these, and am very happy with my final decision. These glass mugs are everything I was looking for: they are huge, yet light weight, beautifully crafted and keep my beverage hot all at the same time. I love making pictures of my beverages and these beautifully showcase my creations. I had some concerns about shipping these to a military address abroad, but they were very well packed. Every time I set this down I worry it is going to break because the glass is so thin. If you have granite countertops, I think this cup would break if you set it down the same way you would set down a regular coffee mug.Other than that, they're great.

Upon receiving my cups one of them cracked near the handle while washing it. The glass used in these cups seems to be thin but does the job of keeping your drink warm for a while, I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out one replacement cup which is why they get 4 stars. Overall great value and excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them.

Love the look of these, the feel of the handles, and the large size. My Bodum pour-over base that goes on top of the cup has an inner edge, so the cup must be wide enough at the top for it to fit inside the lip. These are wide enough, & provide plenty of coffee to get me going. Double-walled, so not hot to hold, and probably wouldn’t need a coaster with a cold drink in it.
