Let me start with they have wonderful customer service. I mainly use this to make espresso and it's perfect for that. It's light weight and beautiful, but that comes with a cost which makes it also fragile. On of the first pair broke inside the dishwasher for some reason and after talking the customer service they sent a replacement right away. But the replacement came in all shattered because they used inappropriate packaging. after a sending images of that they immediately sent another pair which I used daily and love. Anyway as long you are gentle with them they will last you a long time.
