I like how easy it was to set up, integrate with my CRM (Salesforce), create campaigns for both B2B & consumer leads/opportunities as well as manage them in real-time from anywhere via mobile app or web browser! The only thing i don't love about this product are their pricing models which can be confusing at times if you're not familiar wtih your sales process flow - however they do have excellent customer service who will walk through every detail of what's going wrong so hopefully everything…

Pros
  • Easy workflow automation tool that allows us track prospects progress thru marketing funnel easily without much effort required; also helps generate reports quickly too..easy integration wth SFDC is another bonus point!!! Also great support staff whom helped resolve issues very promptly when ever needed !:) All good things come into play here ;P It does exactly whats supposed ot according to plan :D Very happy user

I like how easy it was to set up, manage my leads in an organized way with filters for different types of contacts (email/phone). The ability add multiple emails from 1 contact into email lists or groups makes this software very useful! It's not as intuitive at other programs but if you're used working within MS Office then learning will be easier than some others out there.- Ability create custom fields- Easy drag drop feature when creating new campaigns - Email templates are great too!! Very helpful tool for managing your prospecting efforts

I like that the dashboard is very easy to understand and navigate. The system is easy to use and has a lot of customization options. I also like that it is very easy to make changes and add new features. I don't like that the system is a little buggy at times and I have to do some digging to find out how to do some things. I also do not like the fact that I can't delete an individual lead. I would like to be able to delete a lead after it has been assigned to a specific team member. I like that
