Works well, smells nice. I have only cleaned a portion of the leather which is still in good condition and a Buck sheath which had tears where the flap bent. The shell has darkened a bit, but it seems that the cracks have healed a bit.

Works great on my boots, jacket, crab and hat. There is no discoloration problem, the jacket is light brown, and the conditioner makes it healthier and healthier. Easy to use. Exactly as described. Most will definitely order more. Especially #1 and #3. Haven't tried the balm yet. Will update as soon as I find a reasonable use for it.

A friend recommended this leather conditioner brand for an old Australian saddle in need of some serious love and care. The saddle was dirty, dusty and even mold was growing. I went through the entire process with this kit and it really made my shoes a lot darker than before. It's still a great cleansing kit and the restoration details are great, especially the skin milk. But if you're trying to achieve a high gloss then I don't think this set can do it. To be fair I was 8 years in the military and 4 years in ROTC. So I have a lot of experience in shoe cleaning. This is great for restoring old, frayed leather, but you'll need a waxy product to add shine.
