I have this dock for my E15 Gen 2 laptop. There were some compatibility issues as the dock is not listed as compatible, but after updating the Radeon drivers and software on my laptop it worked. It's a bit pricey, but it's been a good buy so far.

The description says it fits my Lenovo model. It's not like this. Lenovo support has confirmed this. I've tried everything and still couldn't get it to work.

I needed this to add multiple displays to my desktop workstation and it works exactly how I hoped it would. Manage Thinkpad instantly without additional software. I had to install Display Link drivers to get the monitors working, but everything else was effortless.

We currently have about 20 of these docks in service and give them out with all our new laptops. I've been using many of them for over a year. Need these docks or my Lenovo ThinkBook 14s machines, they work fine, second order from the same company. Both orders never caused any problems and this is the only supported dock that Lenovo offers for this laptop model.

Stopped working after 3 months. This is waste of money and the worst customer service. It's like throwing money in the trash. The support team will waste your time and do nothing like asking us why you bought this product.

Before the purchase, I had problems with my extended desktop (daily crashes) when using a different brand. Definitely made for my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop and I haven't had an extended desktop crash issue since.

Overall I would say this is a great product if it works with your laptop model. I ordered it assuming it would be compatible with my Lenovo X1 Extreme, but it isn't. I had to go back. The build quality was very good and I would rate it higher again if it actually worked with my laptop.

Bought because of the Lenovo name. Works just like other cheap USB hubs. You can get higher ports in them. Nothing out of the box. Expensive just because of the name.

I bought a new Lenovo Yoga 7l in February 2021. I contacted Lenovo for a suitable docking station and made sure the one Revain stocked was compatible. That was the purpose of buying from Revain was the delivery date. It did not work.

I had to update the firmware and reboot the laptop a few times before it recognized the monitors, but it's working great now. I wish it supported three monitors instead of two, but it works as expected.

I am glad to have received this item. Works great with my Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro (Ryzen 7 5800U) as well as my Intel based Dell 5420 work laptop. As a bonus, my Galaxy S20 FE also turns into a desktop of sorts when connected to this dock. So it's fun.

I work from home and wanted to add an extra monitor so I have 2 monitors in addition to my laptop screen. He tried setting up 3 screens once and gave up on further attempts. He never lived up to expectations. Very disappointed

Plug and play product. I wish the price was lower but the cost was competitive. My old laptop can now see the second of two large monitors and still connect to the ethernet when the wifi is slow.

The right balance of different types of connectors. Works with my Lenovo and Dell. The weird thing is that about once a week it stops supporting my dual monitors but has the latest drivers. The only thing that helps is to turn it off and on again.

Worked for 3 months then stopped working contacted the seller and he sent me to Lenovo asking about the warranty. Honestly, next time I will definitely buy from someone else. For me customer service is of great importance and it wasn't a year but 3 months. Now that I have time I have one more thing to pay attention to and I will try my best because the product they are selling and they can't handle what the buyer is doing.

That's not new. The product came in an already opened box. These products only have a 2-year warranty instead of the 3 years shown when entering the serial number on the Lenovo website.

I actually bought two of these, one for my wife and one for me. An external keyboard, mouse and monitor (two in my set) connect to the laptop through this docking station. Neither of us had any issues and so far the dock's performance has been excellent.

The Extreme series draws more power than its device can deliver through the USB line, but I still deliver power through a regular adapter and it works very well. As a bonus that I wasn't expecting, I think it's my monitor's built-in speakers for the stereo effect and not one monitor at a time.

I have three of these, they are all connected to different laptop models. All of these laptop models are listed on the Lenovo website for compatibility reasons. I updated the drivers and firmware found on the Lenovo website. Everyone faces the same problem with the image freezing on the monitor. When I call support they don't help because I didn't buy the product on their website. I have three fancy paperweights left. Looking for a third party option.
