Air compressor pressure switch

My old Porter Cable compressor pressure switch on display. I replaced it with this one and so far everything works great.

Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

This is what it is: Pneumatic tool parts and accessories

Original PITA for installation as a fitting does not fit the compressor although considered an exact replacement. Works (finally) upon receipt and proper packaging. fittings.

Cons
  • Obsolete model

It is worth getting

. Perfect for my older handyman 1 gallon compressor. Just like the original, which of course is no longer available. Very accurate and easy to install using parts from an old pressure switch.

Works like the original!

I was "experimenting" with my new air compressor and couldn't fit my original switch. This device solved my problem, even at an affordable price. I was very happy it was available.

Cons
  • I vaguely remember

It's plug and play, easy to replace. Good product !

It's easy to install, definitely a good buy, I just had to replace the old brass valve to adapt it to the air configuration, see picture, plus it's just a mat to unscrew and screw in the new part. I am very satisfied with the purchase of this product.

Cons
  • Almost never

Do what I wanted!

I wanted to change the cut-in and cut-out pressure of my compressor. The previous switch was broken and this seemed like the perfect time to try something. This switch could do what I wanted/needed. I was able to adjust the pressure to turn it on and off. I am completely happy. I would recommend it.

Cons
  • Update Availability

Fits Makita MAC700 Compressor

There were some very minor differences from the Makita OEM (SP-204) Pressure Switch for the MAC700 Compressor - (1) the on/off handle has a slightly different tilt angle that the on -/off positions of the handle are slightly different but still work fine, (2) the holes for the power cable are slightly different (bigger) so the standard cable holder doesn't fit, again a minor point (I used some zip ties , to prevent the cables from being pulled out of the housing). Don't buy a similar one that's
