Works great with shocks, struts and suspension

I bought these for my 2010 Pathfinder to help tow my 5200 lb trailer. The standard springs were too weak for such a load. I also installed new coil springs that raised the rear end about 1 inch and didn't compress as much. . Together with the compensating coupling, it can be pulled perfectly. Driving without a load is not too hard. If you're towing a lighter trailer, you probably don't need all of the stuff I've done. Took about 4 hours to install, I removed the coils to put them in.

Easy to install and easy to use

Installed them on my 2008 Pathfinder. It took about 2 hours but included helping my 4 year old start the airlines and make the valve mount. I have 2 air lines so I know exactly how much air is in each bag. Towed a 4000lb camper with this Pathfinder and they helped a lot. It seemed that there was no mobile home behind me. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely buy them again.

Great product for the price!

I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank and give my pathfinder a little extra support. That's exactly what happened! Installation wasn't fun as they had to be tucked in between the springs, but it was worth it. I only have 10psi (36psi max) and it made a big difference. No sag and a stiffer ride as it was primarily used to aid in towing. Quick tip: take the cap off the bag, sit flat on the bag and put the cap back on. The flat pouch is key to fitting between the feathers! Otherwise you…

Great kit for 2006 Nissan Pathfinder!

These air springs are great for my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder! The kit contained everything I needed. I made a small custom panel to have the air valves on the back of the car on my hitch. I also installed a double air line instead of one line - TI prefers to have all the air in each individual airbag. . When I've used TI I've heard that air can pass on either side. Finally very easy to install. Took me about 1 hour total. Also, I keep mine at 13 PSI in every pocket for everyday riding.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some little things

Worth every penny. And I haven't even towed it yet.

So. I bought it because my rear end is already sagging and I will be towing a loaded trailer early this year *good release 2020*. And it not only helped my rear wheel clearance, but the ride in general! It was very easy to install, looks like it will last and hey. This saves me buying new springs/shock absorbers for the rear (Pathfinder 2012). I installed the air valves separately because I don't really trust the plastic tee they sent me. I'm sure it will work fine, but I just wanted it to be…

Pros
  • Worthy performance
Cons
  • There are nuances

Owned for 2 years. You are on the 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. I kept each air spring independent of the other (which means I ran an air hose from each bag to the back of the truck to its own Schrader valve. Using the included T allows the air to switch from one air spring to the other as a load). This has helped make the ride stiffer and helps support the weight carried in the truck. When I routed the hoses I put them in 1/4" corrugated duct and then routed them. Turn the hose inside out and I want

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Not satisfied with everything

Excellent suspension support for a vehicle with poor suspension.

Changed from a 2011 Nissan Frontier to a 2012 Pathfinder. I knew that if I switched from truck to SUV, I would lose some payload support. But these vehicles are very similar, but the Pathfinder doesn't handle the added weight of boat towing very well. After reading some forums it turned out that the Pathfinder has a known problem with crouching and can't properly support the car's rear weight, and for towing it's ridiculous. The forums suggested upgrading to Biltstein shocks, Moog coil springs…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine
