The steam cleaner I found didn't come with a carpet steamer head so I'm glad you have this item and can buy it from Amazon. Exactly what you need and works as advertised. use with the mop attachment and glides across the carpet as if you were using a steam cleaner.

The handle of my original shark steam mop broke and I had to keep putting it online. But now they are all sold out. This works exactly the same. I've read the reviews of all the other newer devices, but I knew my original steam cleaner did exactly what I needed. This one goes with it. I'm glad I got it.

I was skeptical at first but this product is great quality for the price and does the job perfectly. I bought a steam mop and a carpet attachment. My floors aren't real wood and I was afraid the steam would damage the tiles, but it made my floors shine! The floors in my bathroom have never looked cleaner. So easy to assemble for use. This product is highly recommended!

I use this for small stains on carpets (I still have carpets in bedrooms). Seems to work fine but is a little wobbly. It doesn't match or anything. You simply place the steam mop head in the frame and press. That means you have to bend down a lot to pick up and move chairs or move from room to room. I'm pretty lazy and would prefer something that attaches to the steam cleaner so I don't have to bend down as much when going from room to room.

Only 4 stars, does not snap but worked well on carpet and did not come loose when cleaning carpet. I have to return the item because it doesn't fit my steam mop model. I just hope they offer another mat for my model.
