Arrived on time, properly packaged, received in excellent condition. Installation is simple: remove and replace. It works perfectly and solved my problem. Extend and retract steps as intended

Easy to install. I just think they don't mention that you need to replace the door switch (included). or your steps seem contrary to what you expect. If you have a screwdriver, a set of sockets, and wire cutters, you can do this in 30 minutes. start getting ready.

I have a '97 Holiday Rambler and was told this replacement set would not fit due to its age. I bought it anyway because I realized I had nothing to lose. I installed the kit and it worked great. It saved me from buying a brand new Step build and saved me a lot of money.

Quality packaging. High quality components. Detailed instructions. The list of contents didn't mention that the required switch was also included, so I bought the switch ($30) and took delivery before I found it in the original box. Everything worked and works well.

This kit replaced everything on a 2002 2002 Kwikee Double Step with a Fleetwood Pace Arrow 93. Be sure to replace the included magnetic door switch as a new switch. works in reverse to the old one (usually closed or open). All functions are now working properly. Highly recommend this in place of a new step unless you're totally bent. Save hundreds!

Repair kit arrived quickly. The price was very reasonable and everything needed was included in the repair kit. The total cost was much less than replacing the entire automatic stage unit and it was very easy to install. A new gearbox, controller and all necessary hardware were included along with easy to follow instructions. The cost of the kit was less when the local repair center just wanted to diagnose and quote!

The repair kit was easy to install and worked great once I connected the power cord to the controller. The cable from the controller was so rusty that it came loose. Since I already had the kit I simply decided to replace the block and have no issues with the new components rather than continue to repair the old block and its wiring. So far very satisfied.

The motor and controller swap was quick and everything worked as it should. However, I spent the next few hours troubleshooting why it wasn't working, it turned out that the door switch also needed replacing. I thought the old one would fit, but either it's defective or the new device needs a new switch (included). I had a Series 32 on a 1999 Winnebago with a faulty controller and a tired engine. My biggest problem was the erratic behavior of the step.
