Why isn't there a rubber roller around the studs? Look carefully at the picture. It seems that all LL shims have a full rubber ring around the bolts for different diff models. Why not on it? It does not make sense. Your studs will leak just like mine. I bought this because it claims it doesn't need any additional RTV or sealant.

Not installed yet but very fast shipping and packaging was exceptional to ensure the gasket didn't bend. It has silicone beads all around the seal to ensure there are no leaks. No need for messy sealant. This is way better than Felpro or AcDelco. Now I will buy a Lubeloker. This is for a GM 8.625 truck with a 10 bolt. Pros: My sister friends laugh at the name and do sealed Snapchats.

I love Lubelocker Pads. The reason I'm only rating this three stars is because I ordered a GM 8.5 with ten holes, but the box said Chrysler 8.25. I should have followed my intuition, but there was a small sticker on the bottom saying it was for GM. So I open the package and take it out to compare with the diff cover and sure enough, it's way too big. Not much, but enough for it not to work. So now Tahoe has an RTV seal and I'm going to put this lube on my XJ. Attention packaging!

Great product, works as described. The gasket came in a sealed plastic bag in a sturdy, well-packaged, branded cardboard sleeve, even with a LubeLocker sticker which I won't use, but it's a testament to how proud they are of their product and want to exceed expectations . This is a metal reinforced felt gasket with channels of semi-flexible sealant built into the gasket that collapses when the gasket is tightened creating an unrivaled seal. This is the correct seal (which met my expectations)…
