This jacket keeps you warm in the rain and is true to size, but my son doesn't wear it because the pockets are too high. The pockets are a few inches larger than any other jacket, so they annoy him. I thought he was talking absurd until I bought a random brand of raincoat and realized that pockets that were too high looked really weird.

After a few weeks of wearing, the zipper came loose from the bottom of the jacket making it impossible to zip up. It's a shame, because otherwise the jacket is great!

Got this for my kid at the recommended size but it's definitely over a size or two for him. A great jacket lasts until next spring.

Not skinny, not fat, just right. Provides warmth and protection from the elements. Very happy with the purchase. Ideal for fishing in windy weather!

I ordered three of these jackets for my three children. Two of them were of the same brand and fit as expected; the third was a different brand and I got a size (9-10, 134-140) that isn't even advertised on the website (I ordered 8-9). Returned.

Perfect fit for my son! Compass on the sleeve, that's cool! Bright colors and works great in wet weather. keep it dry In clothes he has a skinny size 7/8. I ordered 8 and it should work by winter! Maybe a bit big but good for a child.

Nice warm autumn jacket. Good for warm winter days but not heavy enough for colder winter weather. My 4 year old son loves this coat. He likes the compass on the side. A light fleece layer makes this jacket cozy. We bought the next size up for layering and growth.

It looks like the photo will be bought again when she outgrows it. Very true to size, I recommend. The day my daughter wore it to school she received so many compliments from her parents.

I bought two for my two sons. These aren't bad jackets, but within the first two weeks, both zippers ripped open. Disappointing.

This cape was very cute and fit well. Unfortunately the zipper stopped working after the first use. Lightning is of poor quality to begin with. We now have a raincoat with a broken zipper because the return period has just expired. Thumbs down!

First sorted by age in the graph, the resulting seizures leave no room for growth. Returned and ordered sizing by age, the sizing and fit are excellent. Gives room to grow or if he's wearing a bulky sweater or sweatshirt he'll fit in.

The design makes it easy to layer the jacket. The bright colors are attractive and it is a good gift for a boy or girl. This is a lucky jacket for those rainy days that are usually gray and cloudy.

The zipper won't work if you don't hold the jacket straight. My 7 year old son has trouble buttoning his jacket. Very frustrating.

Pros: We liked the long length, roomy hood, fleece lining, and water resistance. Cons: The zipper broke after our son only wore it twice. The zipper tip on the bottom has come loose as shown in the attached image. As it was a sock I was unable to return it for a refund.

size disabled. I bought "9-10 years" for my 7 year old thinking it will last this year and next year but it's cozy. Aside from the excellent material, color and compass on the shelf, it was a pleasant surprise. I didn't notice this detail when ordering. my son loves it

I love this raincoat! It holds up great and with a fleece layer keeps you warm (and not too hot). My child weighs 47 pounds and just turned 5 years old. I bought a size 6-7 because it's big for it's age and fits right in between a size 5 and 6. , but this did not bother him and did not bother, since they were able to pull together. I wish there were zip pockets but it's good to have them.
