I purchased this item on May 23, 2019. It is now June 16, 2019 and I need to change the filters. They shriveled and fell apart and haven't even been used in months. Definitely not worth the money even though they were cheap compared to other brands. I would give them zero stars but that's not an option.

I've bought them probably 10 times, sometimes from the same seller. They were vacuum packed for the first time but like the other reviewer when expanded they are still about 3/4 inch shorter than any I've purchased before. inferior quality. I will not buy from this seller again.

This item is far from what it says it is, I replaced that brand of filter, after a few days the pond looked so bad I cleaned it and restarted , still the worst water i have tried years later now i really need to work to get my pond looking good again so shame about save the product and just waste the extra and buy better like the laguna brand!

The price is justified. I ordered these last year. I thought they did a good job but I had to clean them a lot. This year I cleaned my pond for clean water and I'm still cleaning them better than the originals. They are much denser than the originals, so they capture many more fine particles. They shrink A LOT when full and there's no way to get the most out of them. Worth the money for a few months.

Fits well. The edges start to fray a bit compared to the originals after a few cleaning cycles. Although the price is ok! It's okay if it's missing some foam around the edges. I clean my pond often since my pond looks like pea soup so I change them almost every day, alternating between the original and those. I wash off most of the mud with a jet hose adapter and then toss them cold in the washing machine and rinse them twice, they come out like new.

Don't waste your time and money. These "filters" were vacuum packed. Even "fluffy" as you are told, they don't come close to the right size in diameter. After trying many times to find a decent replacement filter for my Laguna pond filter, I am on the hunt for a new filter. The filter medium is always offered as a replacement and it never lasts very long. In terms of quality, these filters do not even come close to the filters of the original filter system.
