It's a little smaller than I thought. A backpack for laptop and accessories does not fit underneath. Therefore only use for thin backpacks.

Easy to use and store. I use it to cover my briefcase/laptop backpack to be more visible when riding my scooter. Haven't been in the rain to try it yet, but I'm sure the time will come.

Great covers for visibility but not waterproof in any way. The baskets got wet. The main reason I bought them was because they are for both visibility and rain protection and therefore don't suit my needs. In addition, the reflective strips came off when wet. Unfortunately I discovered all of these AFTER the return window so I'm stuck with them which is annoying and expensive.

So far I'm very happy with this raincoat. I use it every day as a commuter cyclist - the reflective fabric and reflectors are excellent for being noticed by riders and staying alive on the road. So far I've only used it for a couple of showers, but both times my main pack stayed completely dry with only a few spots showing some moisture. The mounts are easy to use and serve their purpose. All in all this is a great product.

This is a high visibility rain cover, just what I was looking for in my backpack to protect electronics from getting wet in the rainy PNW winter. However, due to its design and the design of my packs (the shoulder strap starts at the very top of the pack) it does not protect the top of the pack. Also, when the pack is particularly full, it exposes more of the top, effectively exposing a good 34 inches at the top. But I have an extra large backpack because I'm not a backpacker, so maybe others…
