    I love this thing the most in the post scale

    I've been using the little ozeri scale for a long time and recently started baking more. decided it was time for an update. I'm also a fan of Michael Ruhlman so I picked him and I really like him. I have some calibration weights and this thing is fine. Had no problems with it despite some bad reviews. I think most people are idiots. but hey what i know would recommend this scale. very satisfied and glad I bought it

    Two scales in one for stationery and school supplies

    I designed this scale to weigh heavy items (over 15 pounds) and things like salt and spices to the tenth of a gram thanks to the small pull out element. Scale. It was read simultaneously in grams and ounces or as a percentage of bakers. Parent company Abellio in Ireland consider them the best scales they make.     Within 3 months of very light use the mini tray stopped.

    After 3 months of very infrequent use, the mini tray stopped working, although it has never worked so well. The measurement tended to "creep", ie after the first measurement it slowly changed after about 5-7 seconds. For example, sometimes creeps from 2.3g to 2.8g. This led to a lot of re-weighing and an accuracy that was the opposite of what I was hoping for. Another minor complaint is that the battery cover never closed properly and fell off every time I lifted or moved the scale. I contacted

    This is a kitchen scale masterpiece.

    I have used and owned a $10 Escali Drop kitchen scale prior to the KD-8000. I have digital and analogue kitchen scales. I even had the "cradle" that old school bakers use. None of them compare to the Maestro (at least for the 8kg payload). The main scale has a large, flat surface that can be easily removed for cleaning and has an excellent coating to make weighing dough easier.     There was a small problem with the first scale I received. Sent back, waiting for replacement. From what I saw the scale looked very good. The shipper, aSavings, has excellent customer service.
