I love the ability to customize my view of a plan. The interface is very easy to use. It's also great to be able to see what my deductible is before purchasing insurance. This makes it easier to choose the right plan for me. I wish there was an option to change plans after purchase, but they do have a way to add new plans which is helpful. The ability to have an easy way for my employees to login and manage there own insurance enrollment has been great! It's very simple once you get used it. You can make sure your employee or group member are enrolled quickly without adding any more steps then they need already. I like having all my information in one place so it's easy to look up when needed! It can be confusing at first but once you figure out what your looking for its very helpful!! The only thing i dislike about this program was being able use other websites as well because some of them were not compatible or diden't have enough features compared too others which made me choose another plan over theirs (which had more options).
