Great for remote working professionals

I like the fact that this product can be used in multiple areas such as inventory control, accounting, sales reports etc. The customer service aspect could have been better if it were more organized with each team member having different titles or roles within one department would make it easier to use when switching between teams/departments during busy times at work. Great solution for Customer Service and Business Management

Very user friendly system, easy set up with many features at your fingertips! We are solving our customer service issues as well by using this software package since we have more customers coming from outside sources now than before (we used it primarily internally). This has reduced employee call outs, but increased cost per transaction/customer due in part because not all transactions can be handled through phone alone anymore.
