After trying this product, I was very disappointed with the quality. It didn't provide the relief I was looking for, and the heating feature stopped working after just a few uses. It's also quite bulky and not easy to store in my Health and Household cabinet. The only positive is that it did come with various massage attachments. Overall, I regret purchasing this item and would not recommend it to others.

I like the device - it is easy to use and operate. After the treatment I feel relief, but I don't get rid of the pain completely. If you have a serious knee or shoulder condition, you need to see a doctor. I also don't know where to put the electrostimulation electrodes. When the massager is placed on the knee, there is no space for knee joint electrodes next to it. As shown in the instruction manual I try to place the pads but they are a bit odd and far from the knee joint.
