They shrink! And sewn wrong! Oh!

Yes it is 100% cotton. Yes, he is soft. HOWEVER, two main questions. #1 - Once you wash the covers in warm water they shrink to the point where you have trouble tucking them into the pillowcase. Once you manage to stuff them, the pillows become so tight that the pillows become "hard". Imagine stuffing 3 pounds of trash into a 2 pound bag. You get drift. TO.2. Question: Not sewn exactly. I don't know how they did it, but half of them (3 out of 6) are crooked. Great price but I would pay 3x for…

Exactly what I wanted

I recently replaced our pillows so I bought these to protect the new ones and also to protect us from allergens and other things I'd rather not want to think. sometimes covered with down pillows. The cushion pads are soft white cotton, don't rustle like some covers, and the zipper is properly attached and works easily. I washed them as soon as I opened them and now they are even softer and hold up well to washing (in cold water) and drying. My new standard size feather pillow fits perfectly…

Great for feather pillows

I have no complaints about these pillowcases. They are well made and comfortable to wear after washing. If they shrink when washed, I don't and won't notice that because I deliberately bought smaller protectors than my pillows. I have 20" x 28" feather/down pillows. Stuffing them in 20x26 inch treads will keep them firm and fluffy while remaining malleable. Down pillow lovers, you know what I'm talking about. There's nothing like shaping a pillow into the perfect shape, right? They worked so…

My favorite pillowcases!

They fit my pillows perfectly. The material is sufficient, it is not too tight so the pillow feels hard. It's not too loose so you can see it dangling at the end of your pillowcase or feel the excess material between the pillow and the pillowcase. It's so handy you don't even know it's there. Once on the pillow, the material softens and slides easily into my pillowcase without bunching. I came here to buy more but the price doubled. I bought two packs of king size protectors for $12.99 a few…

The winner of three stamps tried.

I bought three brands to find the best quality. This one was a clear winner. I did not receive this as a test product from the manufacturer, so opinions are all mine. I will list other brands that I have purchased to help others understand what I think is the best buy. Luxury Hotel Collection Plain Protectors-Zipper-King-white-Set of 2 (Sold by: Bare Cotton Corp.) and next was a zippered pillow protector. (sold by Bare Cotton Corp). The house brand Circle had a significantly higher thread count

Great pillow protectors!

I received the pillowcases and washed them immediately, as well as all the bedding. I also ordered pillowcases from another brand and they arrived the same day. I all have goose down and allergy pillows, so I can sometimes use two protectors on each pillow (I have six to eight down pillows on my bed). Brand and style convinced me! other protectors were terry cloth on the outside and rubber on the inside. They are NOT suitable for down pillows - they didn't breathe, just inflated from the air in
