I really like how easy it is to set it up and use the tool. I can literally add my website URL and start tracking right away. The reporting part is also very user-friendly - the dashboard looks nice and organized. I dislike that they don't have any integrations for other tools. Nothing too significant in terms of functionality, it is very easy to see what metrics your site is generating and how they are performing. We've started seeing some benefits with a very significant drop in bounce rate. Not a huge fan since I would rather see if we were able to generate any leads or sales before we started spending money on advertising. But, it's good to know before we started. The best thing I like about maxly is that it's fully integrated into my website which makes life easy in terms of reporting. It also gives me accurate metrics for my business so i'm able to plan accordingly. I would say the only disadvantage is that sometimes we get some errors and have to wait for few minutes before we can continue with our reports.
