A must have for every motorist- my review about this product

Dear readers of my review! In this review, we will talk about one very important and necessary thing for every motorist - this is a wheel chock or stop (whatever you want to call it), which is usually placed under the wheels of a car when replacing one of the wheels, it is supposed to be punctured. I myself am a driver with great experience, but, unfortunately, I also had cases when a raised car fell off the jack and fell on its "bellyโ€. Usually in such cases, I was personally saved by a spareโ€ฆ

from the category of must have- my review about this product

I'm not a fan of surprises, so the bag in the trunk of the car is full of all sorts of things. And today I will share a review of the wheel chocks ("shoes"). A thing, unlike a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher, is not mandatory (if you do not drive a truck), but very necessary, as it is designed to ensure the immobility of the car when lifting on a jack, for example, when changing a wheel. By the way, I have seen several times how a car with a wheel removed from a jack fell off a jack (aโ€ฆ

Not suitable for camping

This is definitely a solid pillow. Nice weight and great build. The reason for only three stars is the lack of tension. I like leveling the camper and then banging hard on the hard plastic bumpers to get them in place and prevent rocking. With them it is impossible to tighten them in one fell swoop because they are rubber. I was able to get a good fit by inserting the camper into the backs and then assembling the fronts, but they loosened up a bit when I leveled the setup since I use heavyโ€ฆ

Perfect Times 2 for Immobilizers and Wheel Pads

I had previously purchased Camco yellow pads which was a mistake for me. I have a 36 foot trailer that weighs 9600 pounds. The Camco product slides easily when the wheels are not in contact with the chocks. I accidentally drove a trailer over one of the Camco chocks and smashed the chocks. Guilty! :(Heavy duty solid rubber stops were the perfect solution for my needs. They are heavier than Camco stops and more durable. Because they are made of heavy duty rubber, they are less likely to slip inโ€ฆ

Very durable for RVs; anti-slip fins

Does what it's supposed to; good quality and durability. I use them for my 5th wheel; Also, I park my road bike under the fifth wheel because I don't want my bike in my RV but still want to protect it from the elements; I attach my bike to the front chassis and then also use a block to secure the bike tire so it stays centered just under the front of my RV; it prevents my bike from rolling onto the sides of the van and being exposed to rain and sun; very strong for heavy fifth wheels/RVs; Iโ€ฆ

Very durable and heavy, but it's good!

I recently got my first apartment in decades. I went on flat ground to change tires and found that with the new scissor jacks, the best thing is that they have brake pads! So when I got home, I looked up Revain and decided to give it a try. I was a little worried that they would be light and thin but was surprised by their weight and stability. They even fit in my car's spare tire compartment instead of lying around in the trunk. I encourage everyone to use pads when changing tires. Get strongโ€ฆ

Perfect fit for a car

Summary: Our road has a 1-2 degree incline, so when I change the oil in our Mazda 3 I put wheel chocks under the wheels. I used 4x4's or cinder blocks before ordering them which is not the safest method. The orange wheel chocks are for a trailer/large vehicle and are too big for our Mazda 3. Recommendations: When considering wheel chocks you have two material options: 1) hard plastic or 2) rubber (or hard plastic hybrid). with rubber feet). To choose between the two you need to consider yourโ€ฆ

Excellent value for money and quality. best in garage and shop

Very well made rubber wheel chocks. There is no flexibility. Stay in place. We bought two pairs to orient our cars for maximum garage space when the door is closed. We only need one per car and truck and the chocks stayed in place for months during the winter season. Literally never moved. That in itself is impressive considering that in winter they are surrounded by dirt, dust, salt and ice. Compared to the plastic pads we tested, this pad is relatively heavy and definitely made for heavy use.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
