Easy and powerful tool that has changed my business drastically

I love how easy it was for me as an individual who never worked in another restaurant ever before, using this system! The customer service side of things could be improved if they were more proactive with their training or support services though - not enough people know about these tools because there are no advertisements other than word-of mouth advertising (and even then most places don't do much). Also have used many types food ordering systems from different brands but none come close…

  • Super easy to use and create what you want in a flash!

  • Some of the training I received about utilizing the system was basic and not much help other than the basics of how to use it

Easy tool that saves tons and is great value

Very easy to use, no hassle as such! There are so many different options available in this piece of equipment it's hard not be impressed with what we can do now (and I was!) This has been used by us for over 5 years already - every year our clients ask if they should invest into something like menupro or some other similar system but they always come back saying "it doesn't change anything" which makes me wonder why people still have them installed when there isn't much new features added…

  • Great support team that is very helpful
  • Good software overall even though newer releases aren'r really better than older ones(i think)

  • Lackluster UI
  • No real need anymore
