Great for sending personalized marketing mails

The ability to send targeted emails with custom content that are relevant to each recipient is great! I am able to see who opened my email and what they clicked on which helps me understand how people interact with the program. I wish there was more customization options to make it easier to create different campaigns. Currently you have to use predefined templates or drag and drop your own from other sources (like Microsoft Word). It's very basic right now but we're working hard on adding…

  • Ease at sending out bulk customized campaign messages, along w/ an easy platform for updating member info when new members join no complicated importing needed just upload excel file into Excel Online then save & transfer data back over in CSV format within one click !!! And most importantly..all done by myself!!! No need expensive

The software is very user friendly which makes it easy to use. The software is easy to implement, has a great support team that is very helpful, and it is a great price. The software was easy to navigate and the support team was always there to assist us. I have not found any cons in this software. This software has been a great addition to our reward program.
