As a hesitant buyer I was pleased with my purchase of these Women's Athletic Shoes. As a result of using this product, I found that they fit my feet like a glove and had great support for a long day of walking. These shoes MUST be "barefoot" but with a slightly larger sole and outsole with more pronounced lugs to be good for the trail. I currently have Trail Glove 4s on my feet that fit that description. They have great flexibility, good toe box and allow the foot to provide most of the support.
