Very strong magnet and also very durable. Ordered 4 of them, and when stuck together, must use a couple of crow bars to pry them apart.

Bought this magnet last year and am really disappointed that it is already rusting. Other than the rust I really like this magnet, it throws very easily.

Mine must have not been charged properly or something because it can barely keep a magnetic hold on the washers that came with the bolt. What's more is I can't return it because of an amazon policy on items like this. Sweet.

Very strong! One of the first "serious” magnets I bought to add to my starter kit. As a starter magnet, I would suggest ordering a kit with ropes, gloves, and a smaller but decently sized magnet and bundling the kit with this magnet, as you have the option to set this magnet up to suit your location (lifting vs dragging). Ordered and received LNM48-2 which advertises 200 pounds of pull per side. Two sides of the magnet are exposed but one side has an eye bolt in it so it might pick something up on the bolt side but will not hold as well as the other side.The marketers for this brand are out of control.
