Serving sizes are perfect for me. I've always weight trained and dieted (at least tried to diet), which is why I bought them. The big ones at Walmart are too big and uncomfortable. I had ONE case with a small leak but other than that they are great and fold up nicely to save space!

We prepare food for freezing and for one person. It is difficult to cook for one person in such a way that there is variety. We have cooked many dishes using these containers. That's exactly the amount a person can eat. I'm sure you will be very satisfied with the portions and the variety of the dishes. They also seal very well. We love that they are freezer and microwave.

We have used these containers to prepare small 6 oz and 7 oz meals that can be frozen then microwaved and served straight from the container. I like the size. It's small but that means my husband can fill two and have a few drinks in his insulated lunch bag.
