The team is very professional in their approach to working with clients from different backgrounds which can be challenging at times but they are always open minded about trying new things so it's not too difficult when you get used them! I like that you can see your progress as well how much time is left to finish it all up! I like their ability to turn around projects quickly at competitive prices. The software is not bad but it could be better in terms of UI/UX experience as well as its overall functionality (especially when dealing with large files).
