Slice and Dice Like a Pro!

Using this knife, our team found that it effortlessly sliced through vegetables and meats. The DESIGN is ergonomic making it comfortable to hold and control. The blade is sharp and durable, ensuring a long-lasting product. However, it is a bit pricey for those on a budget..

Pros
  • Excellent sharpness and edge retention
Cons
  • Requires regular sharpening to maintain its sharpness

A real work of art!

Nice knife. This knife might seem big if you have small hands, but you'll get used to it the more you use it. All Kaizen IIs are hand sharpened so every knife sold can be very, very sharp or fairly sharp (which is sharper than most, even my Shun) and every knife you buy needs to be stoned before use. I used 3k grain and then 5k. The reason it's not a 5 star rating is that the handle could be a bit smaller, about 2mm or so, and as far as I can tell it doesn't have a full scent. Not said. It is…

  • Fingers crossed
