Light and comfortable the best in my rating

Received many compliments. Definitely a bright color. They stand out and feel very light. The bottom part of the shoe is too big for my liking.

    Pros
    • My standard size is 9 but I bought 9.5. It worked to my advantage, I'm happy with the fit and comfort.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not provide adequate arch support.

Wearing knitted shoes for the first time

I have worn Waverider for many years and this is my first pair of knitted shoes. I love them, if you think twice just buy them.

    Pros
    • Replaced my old pair of the same shoes. They're great, but didn't last as long as I'd hoped
    Cons
    • Shoes can cause discomfort with lateral movements

    Great pillow, great price

These shoes have a great reputation and I have had 8 different pairs over the years. The Wave Riders are Mizuno's softest shoes yet offer exceptional cushioning and are perfect for a big guy like me. I'm 6" 6" and 365 pounds, so cushioning is important to me.

    Pros
    • Great shoes 👍
    Cons
    • Shoes may not provide enough support for people with flat feet.

    Returned a new review

I really like this model that I've been using for the last few years but these Wave Rider 22's are nothing like I've experienced before from Mizuno. I really felt like the shoes were fake (fake) Just like my previous Wave Rider 22 shoes, they aren't as flexible and feel stiffer. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

    Pros
    • high quality
    Cons
    • Poorly endured.

    Amazing price, amazing performance.

Fits perfectly, shoes work great. The negative reviews on other sites and YouTube must be from shoe snobs who want the shoes to work for them.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable when power walking or running. The feeling of an air cushion under your feet.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not work well in rainy weather.

    Quality comfortable running

I love these running shoes. What I did not expect is that I will like them both in everyday life and in shoes. Great price for great shoes.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable and love the color
    Cons
    • The size may not fit perfectly

    Great sneakers in my review

I've been wearing Mizuno for many years, I would say around 20 years, so I love them. The only negative I have about them is that I love the old models more than the new ones. Mostly colors, wish the old colors would come back. Great running shoes!

    Pros
    • Very convenient. Simply. looks good to me
    Cons
    • Sock-like knitting may be uncomfortable for some

    Latest review of great shoes

I often run 10K and half marathons. The Wave Rider has a roomy toe box and decent support (though technically I think it's a neutral shoe) to keep my feet comfortable over those distances.

    Pros
    • I absolutely love the Mizuno and they are very comfortable and supportive.
    Cons
    • The Jersey version is smaller than the original Waverider.

    Great shoes: my review

I was running in zero fit shoes and started getting problems with my achilles tendon. I read that these Mizuno shoes are good for achilles tendon problems. A week later I returned to training for the marathon. I ran 20 miles and 14 miles the last two Sundays. I love these sneakers.

    Pros
    • Comfortable
    Cons
    • Shoe tongue can be uncomfortable

    I have sensitive feet

I used New Balance for running shoes and they were good until about 2005. Production must have changed as they were cheaper and didn't fit. I tried the Mizuno Waverider 11 and loved it! These are great running shoes! I'm already 22, so I've been buying them for a long time. They're not easy to find for some reason. And the choice of colors is sometimes a bit strange. However, there is no arguing about the fit and feel of this shoe. Also durable as I walk around 9,000 to 15,000 steps a day on…

    Pros
    • Great shoes, true to size.
    Cons
    • Knitted material may not be suitable for cold weather.

    Probably my 8th pair

It was a great sturdy support shoe. My son bought a pair after wearing Nike for several years and couldn't believe how comfortable they are. Great for running, although I don't. Help me get off all that bacon

    Pros
    • Fit a little tighter than my 21. But great show. Slightly less support on steep descents.
    Cons
    • Shoes can cause blisters

    Great deal!: my rating

You couldn't get a deal on this pair of shoes! Maybe a year but my legs can't tell! As for the deal, my wallet can definitely tell!

    Pros
    • I love these shoes...
    Cons
    • Shoes may not provide adequate grip on wet surfaces.

narrow : my rating: my rating

this is a good quality shoe. I haven't used it often enough to claim its performance, but it has plenty of padding and feels comfortable. except the toe box is narrow and the side of my foot sticks out laterally making it extremely uncomfortable. This shoe isn't for width, don't even bother (seriously). It's strange because I have another mizuno, not knitted, and it fits perfectly, it has a lot of space, it's comfortable and not wide, but standard.

    Pros
    • Now sit, to put it mildly, favorite shoes.
    Cons
    • Stretch knit may be too tight for some people.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Knitted upper allows for too much foot movement

The knit upper on this shoe made my foot move too much. When walking down a hill, my foot would move forward and my toes would rest on the front of the boot. To stop this, I had to tie my shoelaces so tight that they were uncomfortable. The wave riders I've been running in for years are way better than the wave jersey.

    Pros
    • Very light, perfect for running, good ventilation.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not fit well with custom orthotics.

I've worn Wave Riders for years as a recreational runner (5k-1/2 marathon) - actually I've completed 4 full runs but that seems to be the past. I took a break from them to try the more "minimalist" zero drop shoes (Altra, NB) and then finally decided to go back to the Wave Rider to see how they feel (again). This knitted pair was on sale so I gave it a try. They're about as comfortable as I remember the Wave Rider and I got to grips with them in just a few weeks. I've run a few 5-6 mile races…

    Pros
    • it's not Nike.
    Cons
    • The price might be too high

The old man runs in my rating

They fit well and feel comfortable as I have been using this model for many years. Just no fabric. I don't mind the looks and I don't feel like I lost any of the shoes.

    Pros
    • Noice!
    Cons
    • Shoes may not be breathable enough

    Same good old Wavewalker

To be honest I went with last year's model to save some money as I had already worn out a pair. The only thing I would change is not to try the knitted version. I've had 6 mesh iterations and I prefer this one because it looks better to me.

    Pros
    • I always go 1/2 size larger than I usually wear.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not be suitable for long-distance running.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Tighter fit than other Waveriders

This is my second pair of Mizuno Wave Rider shoes. I'm a 21 and these, both are a size 8. This pair fits snug, my toes rest on the end of the shoe and I usually have to tighten the laces quite a bit, but I should leave those a bit loose. The knit gives them space, so they are still very comfortable. I've found that I don't even notice the smaller size when I step inside. However, if you don't want your toes to touch the end of the shoe, you can order half a size larger. If you have wide feet…

    Pros
    • These shoes are great for running. Very good cushioning and very light.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not be suitable for people with wide feet.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    soft and comfortable

Very soft and comfortable. Not as stable as others but very comfortable for the price. I have bursitis and this shoe feels great when I exercise.

    Pros
    • As comfortable as walking on clouds. Lots of room in the toe area. Ideal for neutral runners.
    Cons
    • Shoes may not have enough cushioning for some people.

Premium Mizunos - the best version yet

Best pair of sneakers I've ever owned and I've had dozens. They look sturdy but not bulky. I never have to think about shoes on my feet, they just do their job!

    Pros
    • good producto
    Cons
    • Color may not match personal style
