I liked it when I first got it. I work from home so it was nice to have a second screen that I can take anywhere in my house. It worked fine initially, but after about a month connection problems started. I would get a white screen with the Microsoft icon. Now it is very difficult to connect and it goes out in the middle of use. This is very annoying and I find it harder than it's worth. For the price I shouldn't have too much trouble with it, especially at first.

This screen has been used every day since I bought it 2 weeks ago. I am a student studying virtually online at home due to the pandemic. This screen is perfect for my Zoom classes as I can have one screen for Zoom and video calls and another for my notes, calendar, tasks and other programs. Ever since I got the Duex Pro it hasn't worked. It lights up, then it goes off. I have a mid 2010 MacBook Pro with High Sierra. I downloaded DisplayLink v4.3. DisplayLink appears in Extensions, not the USB to DisplayLink Adapter. I'll try it on another computer and also buy a USB-C adapter as recommended in another review. I'm so glad I found out about this before I bought additional monitors for my new work from home. It took me almost 20 minutes to set up the real screen and install the software and it saved my life. One of the benefits of this new WFH experience was the ability to work on the go (travelling, new places, etc.), but I always find it difficult to work on the same screen on my laptop. Getting a desktop similar to using it with a second screen is pretty amazing. Also works great on my old Mac Air (no USB-C or Mac Air card) but this works great with no lag. The only downside is that the windows on the second screen are a bit small. It was easy to add a monitor to my laptop. A simple update on my Mac and the monitor worked. I'm so thankful I ordered it before the virus quarantined our teams.

I like my new mobile display. Installation was easy and the picture is better than on my laptop 😏. Other than that, it's overpriced and the magnets work, but for almost $300 they don't need to be changed every 2-3 months.

The magnets do not stick to the back of the laptop, although the instructions that came with it were specifically followed. It didn't work as intended and advertised so I sent it back. PENDING UPDATE: The manufacturers of Duex were kind enough to contact me individually and send me a new SMALL model with more magnets. I'll see how this setting works and update it accordingly!

It was fine until the prop started breaking. It still works but I expected better quality for the price paid. GOLS certified.

The cable only worked a few times and then the cable had connection issues. The screen did not turn on or turned on intermittently. Can't get an answer from their support team. I advise you to be more selective when buying.

Really comfortable! Customer service is also incredible. Not that you'd likely need it for the quality of the product. Only for compatibility issues with different computers. Two hours on the phone with an apple = goose egg. Emailing mobile pixels for five minutes = work.

It was a life saver and an ease of use that makes working from home on a work laptop awesome. Allows me not to repeat the home setup. It's lightweight and the magnets work great on my Thinkpad. Better spending during this extended work from home.

Useful screen, made it easier to view spreadsheets and made my calendar visible and open all day. It is worth it! That's my review.

It's tax season and shall I say more? The dual screen made multitasking easier. It is extremely portable and fits in my laptop bag. Easy installation and everything works as described. I have already recommended the product to several of my colleagues.

I've been using my portable monitor for two weeks now and I really like it. The attachment was very easy to assemble and unlike the others it didn't wobble. This is a quality product and I enjoy using two screens at once. It saves time because I can complete tasks at work faster. Please keep it up! Thanks.

I sent the product back but I would have stuck with it if I had a C-Port on my computer. When I got it I was using a temporary new Mac and I just plugged it in and it works great. I liked the size, the weight, the screen... the only problem was when I had to download software onto my permanent computer that wasn't up to date and I couldn't determine the resolution. In general, you can buy.
