Shower Drain Slow

I didn't want to skimp on a valve so I paid for this morning valve. However, it is brand new and installed by a specialist company. it has a slow leak after the first day from the shower head. I don't have a bathroom door so it drips all night. My wife gives me a "look". not sure how to fix drops. It's brand new! Any ideas?

There is a hole for the shower and for the hose, so the hose for the shower stall needs to be covered

The valve is very easy to insert. I had to close the supply from the bathroom and tie the shower head. Valve also dismantled to avoid overheating. Copper and brass cleaned, everything flowed perfectly. I like the deep and shallow furrow that allows for a stone wall and tile vent.

Slow leak from shower head

Bought this improved Moen model because of the bad reviews it came with the standard banbury valve at home depot. I decided I would spend the extra money for extra comfort. However, once installed, this valve does not completely shut off the water and allows the shower head to pass through. I cannot return this item as it is soldered. So I contacted Moen's customer service and they won't call me back until a week later. Pretty disappointed.
