It just happened to stop working.

I used it a total of about ten minutes a night, I left it plugged in but used it sparingly and only turned it on when needed. It's already dead. Won't turn on, tried after an hour, tried other sockets, etc. It's clean with no visible damage, but it just died on me :(

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • crumpled packaging

Buy Regret - Soldering and Soldering Equipment

I found the heat to be too hot. During the hot stamping period, my paper will yellow from burning. I'd rather have a gun with a selectable temperature to avoid damaging the environment you're hot stamping in. I would return it but I missed my return window. Also, I did NOT receive the advertised freebies. Everyone around us is disappointed.

Pros
  • New heating tools that can be used in soft clay. Built in stand for self holding and use on a table
Cons
  • Discontinued

Not suitable for small resin crafts

Works as described but not suitable for small resin jobs. It has a stronger air output, similar to a low setting on a hair dryer, which pushes the resin too hard, creating as many bubbles as it bursts. It dries out the resin too quickly and won't pop any bubbles because you have to hold it higher so you don't press too hard on the resin. It's very easy to use and holds up well, but for small resin crafts, a heat gun with less air output or adjustable power is preferable. You get what you pay…

Pros
  • Easy to use. New handmade DIY tools, shrink film production, soft ceramic stereotypes.
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Works right once, tk.

Used for heat shrink plastics - maybe 2 minutes heating at a time. Everything worked fine the first time, crushed plastic pieces, turned on and off with the flick of a switch. The second time it turned on, then started turning off during use. Tried turning it off and letting it cool for about 15 minutes then it didn't work upright which was necessary for the project. Set it aside for about an hour - it turns on and off even when the switch is in the 'on' position and only when you're on the…
