I really love that I can take out and put in as much filling as I need. I did end up taking about half of the filling out, while my husband left it as is. He loves his. I am finding that I’m re-filling my pillow more often. I’m not sure if the filling isn’t holding up as time passes, but I have enough extra filling for an extra pillow! Over all, worth the purchase! Feel is nice over all.

I Like the pillows I've never had memory foam (chopped) pillows. I did not wash as others in reviews had recommended not to. They do not smell at all to me. You can easily take stuffing in and out to adjust to what you like. I'm a back sleeper only and have had a very hard time finding a pillow that works for me and don't go flat in a week or so! Though it is rather shocking when you first open the package (flat as a pancake), within a short time they were full size pillows. No smell. Do not wash. Seemed hard and heavy, but I have has no neck pain since I started using. They are comfortable and provide the right amount of support. Love them!

The pillows themselves are great. However, of the three sets of pillows purchased, 4 pillow covers had broken zippers, and two had dirty covers - one had a black shoe print on it from being stepped on. We had to cut the broken covers off and purchase new covers. Now they're great. Excellent support. If too firm, you can always remove a little stuffing. I removed some from one of mine and added this stuffing to a zippered pillow protector, thus creating two pillows from one. Highly recommend…

I didn’t have high hopes when I got these, but I needed new pillows badly. I’m actually pretty picky about my pillows, so - again - I expected this to just kind of check the "I have pillows now” box. When I opened the package I was a little worried that the product page was misleading. The pillows fluffed up nicely once the restrictive casing is removed that is ships with. I am a bit skeptical about the warning not to leave the pillows out in the sun -- it makes it seem like there's a photodegrading compound in there that might have a carcinogenic daughter product. Anyways, I'm keeping mine away from any sunlight!

This pillow is a good size and gives very good support for your head at night but I found the pillow to be more round than flat where you lay your head. Once I opened the pillow up and took out about 20-30% of the filling then the pillow was not so high up for my head and I did not wake up with a sore neck after that. So don’t be afraid to take out some of the filling if you want to lower the pillow height. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s still great.

Pillows are SUPER stuffed, sometimes I find it difficult to get it in a good position, I may have to remove some of the stuffing like other people mentioned. Other than that, it is very comfortable and great value for the money.

I love the softness and comfort of these and I also love that you can remove as much of the insides as you want, to fit your comfort style. They are definitely overstuffed and I did try to sleep on mine for a month to see if that would break them in. It did not so I removed some stuffing and now it perfect. I would buy them again.

They came vacuum seals but I PROMISE they puff right up within 20 minutes, so much to the point they're kind of too puffed up. I wish they were a little softer and deflated more because sometimes I wake up and my neck hurts from them being so inflated.
