This is a quality cable that will last for years in harsh weather conditions. Some complain that the plastic locking lever on the socket isn't covered by anything, but this allows for a built in waterproof protection to be used. Much better than cheap Chinese Cat 6 cables from other suppliers. Monocene FTW!

The jacket is very thick. I use them as patch cords to connect my outdoor IP cameras to a category 6 outlet that I installed at home the day before. I wanted to shorten one or two of them. When I disconnected the connector and started preparing the new end, the typical Cat6 strain relief didn't fit the jacket. I have several of these units working outdoors and powering multiple POE network devices and they worked perfectly. The color matched my apartment.

I use these cables for my outdoor PoE cameras, 50, 75, 100 and even 150 feet. The T28 stapler is NOT wide enough for this wire, you have to be very careful. Dahua and HiKvision cameras came with sealed ethernet grommets that required removing molded rubber debris from the RJ45 camera side. my sharp pocket knife made it pretty easy.
