    Absolutely wrong about Flexplates

    I ordered them for my 88 s10 4.3 and checked fitment before ordering, when I received them the bolt head was too big and I had to go to the dealer and pay $5 for the right screws, I would not recommend anyone to buy these screws.

    The screw heads are too big for the application.

    Quality and price of the screws are acceptable. I also like that they come with lock washers. There is one problem, and a fairly significant one - too large screw heads. The factory screws have 9/16" heads, these are 3/4". The head of the bolt gets too close to the crankshaft hub and you cannot safely seat the bushing on it, even with a thin-walled bushing. I barely managed to get it up to the correct 60 ft-lbs of torque because the bushing slipped off.
