The elastic deteriorates quickly

The mitten is quite soft, but the red band on the wrist is terrible. Strains that can be expected over time. But there are small decorative black beads woven into the fabric that will deteriorate and fall off, getting into the washable surface of the fleece itself and possibly scratching the car's paintwork. I cut off all the red ribbon from the mitten. I would not buy again.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Excellent detergent, very light

Good quality detergent. It was very soft on my machine and survived washing in the washing machine. One of the things I really like is how light it is compared to some of my other gloves. It may not hold as much water as other baits, but it also makes it easier to work with for long periods of time. It absorbs dirt well and then does not pull it onto the paintwork. For the price I would buy it again and recommend it.

Meh, AutoCraft in Advanced Auto is better.

I like. But it's not the best. If you want the BEST, go to Advanced Auto and get the AutoCraft Wool Mitt. It's softer and better in my opinion. Some say they had trouble separating them. I personally didn't have it. I bought this because I dropped my autocraft in the dirt and decided to give it a try. Tip: as soon as you drop it in the dirt, throw it away. Residual dirt scrapes will set you back over $12!

Pros
  • Everything is great!

Do not do that! Car Care

I can't believe how bad this glove was. "What" is the key word in this statement. I used a real wool washcloth a few years ago when I was paying more attention to detail. Now I'm getting back to it with my wife's new machine and wanted to switch from microfiber mittens to virgin wool. I use a two bucket system and take care of my gear and supplies. This mitten literally fell apart on the second wash. I broke the glove and split it up on a bad buy and lost $15. Don't repeat the same mistake.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Not the best

NICE.Genuine Quality Lambswool Gloves

Concerned they would be faux wool but they are real, you can see/feel the leather skin inside, good construction. but for the price they should be. Classic oversized thumb mitt, fits my XL hands with room, cleans great and has survived the washing machine with cold water. I ONLY let them air dry, hung them on clips for a few days, the bracelets didn't stretch. No holes, torn stitches or missing fur after 3 uses so far so good. Worth the price, especially for real sheep's wool.

Pure Garbage is good for maintenance

I've had 3 of these in the last year. The first lasted a decent 8 months with 2 cars washed every 2 weeks. The second lasted 4 months with similar usage before falling apart. I thought I had a bad one and ended up buying a third one. The latter survived 2 car washes and the seam came loose in the thumb area. Needless to say, here too, a lot of hair pieces come loose and are scattered all over the car. So it's not that I was bad last time, it's more that the quality was ok to begin with, but now

Car enthusiasts everywhere

I am a car geek – I love tinkering with cars and I love keeping my drives clean and tidy. So when it came time to start thinking about how best to wash our cars, the biggest challenge for me was avoiding all those little scratches that usually happen when we wash and polish our cars. I did a little research and heard a lot of people talking about using lambswool gloves. So I decided to give it a try and have been very impressed so far. I use the two-bucket method, which means I have one bucket…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
