nope It only took 2 1/2 weeks.

Lasts for 2 1/2 weeks after installing the parts. Both my headlights and turn signals on both sides of my BMW are still not working properly and still have a malfunction error. So those parts weren't good.

Works great on headlight assembly parts and accessories

This part saved me at least $800 on a used headlamp and $1400 on a new one. This module fixes the malfunctions of the adaptive lens, daytime running lights (angel rings) and turn signals. SO glad I brought it. Installed it myself in about 30 minutes. Got YouTube to help. BMW 535IX 2011

Pros
  • Everything is fine!

Great alternative! on light assemblies and accessories

Very good alternative for a few hundred bucks for OEM, no coding required, at first I thought the module wasn't working or my headlight was frying, but after cleaning connections on the headlight and reinstalling the Module everything worked, I definitely recommend it!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not sure

There's a reason it's 1/10th the OEM price

Installed this module on a F10 (BMW 550i 2013 with adaptive LEDs). We've matched this part number from a genuine manufacturer and dealer to our VIN. This block controls your headlight! However, it will NOT accept the adjustment procedure from a capable diagnostic scanner that is required for the dashboard warning to go away.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Some little things

Good product! in headlight assemblies

Surprised to see a three star rating below for not being able to disable the warning once the module is installed. It seems to me that on the other end there was a problem with the scanner they were trying to use to clear the warning. You should consider buying a new one. I installed this module in a BMW of the same type (2013 BMW 550i) and the headlights worked straight away and the warning went away with no coding. Good product!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Worked on buttstock 5 f10 series 2012.

IT is working on restoring daytime running lights. However, if the adaptive error does not go away, then it needs to be coded in the car. The error shows up when I start the car but goes away and is no longer on the dashboard. The easiest way to replace it is to remove the wheel and loosen a few screws in the indentation. We unscrew the headlight 3 from above 2 inside the well, and then unscrew the module. I highly recommend using a contact cleaner inside the headlight and blowing it dry with…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Update available

Works for BMW Headlights and Halos but not Adaptive Control

Installed on a 2011 BMW 550i xDrive F10 with Adaptive Xenon Headlights (AHL). I had to replace a wet TMS unit. Went in a new headlight assembly. Although this TMS box controls both the headlights and daytime running lights (DRL), I was disappointed that it does NOT control the AHL (vertical aim control, adaptive headlights) functions. While I was happy to only spend about $100, I had to settle for using expert tools (e-sys, ISTA+, etc.) to "code" the AHL function just so I didn't have to do…
