Complete package of computer components

Examined this motherboard for a complete redesign. The original budget was up to $250 and included the Gigabyte Aorus models as well as the Asus TUF model which was a budget model. In the end, due to the good reviews on Bios / UEFI, the quality of documentation and the lack of negative reviews on Revain, I decided to spend more and take MSI Meg Unify. Whether YouTube or popular hardware websites, all common mainboards (MSI, Gigabyte, Asus and Asrock) have no problem. If you read Revain user…

things to know before buying

just stating that reinstalling windows as part of the mb instructions would have saved me many hours trying to get the board to work; did a clean install once, after talking to msi tech, the board worked much better BUT there are still memory issues, with msi approved memory, although windows seems to fix issues when they arise - so it seems to me windows x570 Board and the Ryzen 9-3900x combo is still under development so it's still a bit of a hassle but still works with it as the computer is…

I look forward to playing around with this board some more.

Impressions of this board so far. I love the aesthetic, really dig the lack of RGB. This was my first MSI product and I found it easy to get to grips with UEFI. I've noticed that the voltage in the monitoring software seems to be higher than what's set in UEFI, but to be honest I've noticed this on other boards too, so I'm putting it on "tolerance deviations". One thing struck me immediately and in direct comparison with my two Aorus x570 masters - the PCH runs much cooler, I mean around 10-12C

Good overall - read my audio experience

So I upped the ante on the 3900X for casual gaming and HTPC. So far this MB has been very reliable. I don't have much patience for overclocking other than using simple settings that allow for random overclock settings. So it works great for gaming and home theater. But the sound (audio) is a bit stinky, at least as far as drivers and software are concerned. If you google it you can find out what other people have done with the non-working audio. The sound doesn't work for me when the front…

Damn good mainboard

Good motherboard with no frills RGB - I prefer simplicity and silence. The motherboard fitted the Corsair 100R Silent Edition well and was very easy to install, although the case makes it a bit more difficult to install some mounting screws (the cheap case with a non-removable motherboard bezel is to blame). , with Ryzen 9 3900x, G.Skill RAM and NVidia GTX 2080 Super there were no problems - everything worked right away, the temperature was very stable. Bluetooth, WLAN on the mainboard work…
