The team is incredibly creative in their approach with great attention paid not only towards brand strategy but also product design - which gives you that extra bit of confidence when launching new products or services! Nothing really at this point as they have been brilliant from start (with my brief) so it's hard for me personally even though I'm sure there must be some minor glitches along your way? But overall we've had an amazing experience working together over these past few months/years
