NOT 1000 mg - read label carefully

The label is misleading. I bought it because it's non-GMO. If you look closely at the nutritional information label, you don't see how much CLA it actually contains. They pretend it's 1000, but take a closer look. There's a reason it's cheaper. With most supplements, you get what you pay for.

It gave me some energy, but overall nothing special. I think I lost 2 extra pounds.

No difference in weight loss was observed with this product. It gave me some energy, but overall nothing special. I think I've lost an extra 2 pounds in the 6 weeks I've been taking. When I took chromium and carnitine I lost more, but that in itself is not very good. No side effects other than constant belching for the first week or so.

It works, I swear by this stuff
