No good for icing your RIGHT shoulder.

Did the designers actually ever try using this thing? It's physically impossible to put this on your right shoulder without help. The velcro straps are not reversible, so you have to wrap it over from the front, under your left arm and around your back up to your right shoulder. Even if I wasn't recovering from rotator cuff surgery, this would be impossible on my own. And forget about wrapping the shorter strap around your bicep. You'd have to be double-jointed.I could flip the whole thing over

Great for pain relief

Love the large size and versatility to use in different ways. It is a bit heavy so if pressure on area can't be tolerated it may not work. However it has been good on my broken (in four spots) arm.

Knee replacement for my opinion

THis is absolutely the best way to keep your knee iced after surgery. Stays cold and the Velcro keeps it right where you want it! Worth every penny!

Perfect for my busted knees. Easy to use. Freezes really quickly and stays icy cold for awhile. I like the Velcro case that comes with it. Easy to strap it on and walk around in it.

A good product that needs a few tweaks.

Recently as a treat for my sore back, I ordered this product. The cover material is much better than others, but the edges are already fraying with thin thread- like material. Since I detest fleece because everything sticks to it, and because these are not cold enough to give me even 10 minutes of the type of cold I need for my back, I leave the cover off. Rather than return both of them because they were quite expensive, I’ve decided to keep them and halve the large one for use on my neck…

I love this gel pack! The gel pack is larger than I had inticipated. Has two moveable Velcro straps so you can attach it anywhere. I love it!

Hot or cold - my new review

This is something no family should be without. Hot or cold provides relief from aches and stiffness or injury swelling. I use most of the time cold from freezer.

Awesome Product! for my opinion

Placed ice pack in freezer. Got cold in 10 minutes. Strapped around my knee for therapy usage. Stayed in place and cold beyond 30 minutes. Absolutely 💖💖💖 this product. Great buy!

Amazing ice pack - my new review

I can accomplish all of my icing, front and back of knee at one time from well above the knee to well below with two of these, efficient use of my time and these stay cold the 20 mins I use them, has helped with swelling significantly

Velcro wore out after 2 months

This cold pack does what it advertises -- gets cold after 2 hours in the freezer, and can wrap around pretty much any body part with the included straps for pain relief after surgery, workout, etc.BUT, and it's a BIG BUT, the velcro strap is cheap and will wear out. I took great care of this cold pack, using it daily after shoulder surgery, and after only 2 months the velcro wore out on the long strap that wraps around your back to hold it on your opposite shoulder. I ordered this to replace a similar, larger gel pad that I had. We haven’t used it yet but expect it to be as effective as the original one.
