I have steadily lost weight without the tremors/nerves or other side effects that I have had from other diet pills before. It helps to use the bathroom smoothly, naturally and without side effects. I don't have time to exercise, but it still helped me regain my healthy weight. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months and it's amazing for me.

Some claim they have more energy, but I didn't feel more energetic. However, from the day I started taking them, my appetite dropped dramatically which helped me lose 8 pounds!
