Great Customer Management Solution For Social Media

NAVIK is great for providing sales support, which ensures all channels of communication are covered.It provides great insights and recommendations which help to make business decisions with ease. It can also be used as an automated process or manual process.NAVIK doesn't allow you to send out emails to customers who don't respond after three attempts. I would recommend using it if you are looking to solve customer support issue related to social media marketing such as facebook posts, Instagram

Decent Customer Service & Setup Experience

I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the site, even for novice users. The customer service was great as well! Nothing really - we were looking at using this software with our team of salespeople in order to automate their workflows. While there are many features available within the platform, it wasn't exactly what we needed to help us accomplish all of our goals. We decided to discontinue our partnership.
