I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the site, even for novice users. The customer service was great as well! Nothing really - we were looking at using this software with our team of salespeople in order to automate their workflows. While there are many features available within the platform, it wasn't exactly what we needed to help us accomplish all of our goals. We decided to discontinue our partnership. However, they have been very responsive to any questions or concerns since then. They've helped me understand more about my options when working with other companies/software platforms.
