This arrived today, two days after I bought the set from Michael's with the same font size. I checked all the letters side by side and there is a minimal difference in the placement of some cross bands (like the letter A) and the spacing (letter M) but it's only noticeable when they're next to each other. Michaels' set is back in stores.

In general the quality is bad. There are no markings on the barrel, so spelling is done quickly, you have to look at the letter of the stamp and get your bearings correctly. Some of the letters weren't done right, their orientation relative to the shaft was wrong by up to 30 degrees. The letter should be perpendicular to the shaft, there were several letters in this condition in my set. I would not recommend buying these.

Good price. Other kits can cost a lot more and it's the same so yes I recommend this product. It may be ok, but we find them a bit difficult to read. The letters are small and of the same color. They should include instructions for use! We finally figured it out, but there's a simple technique to throwing these punches that's more effective than a hard punch. It also depends on what type of metal you encounter. Using a ruler or ruler will help keep the lettering even.
