I removed the front and rear wheels from a Kawasaki 650 Versys wheel in about 30 minutes. There was a learning process along the way. I knew in advance that this would not be an easy task. I replaced the 26" x 4" fat tires on my e-bike with Kenda women's bead tires. After spending several hours trying to get the last bead over the edge of the rim, I gave up. Searched for Revain, found it and when it arrived it took me 2 minutes to put the bead on the rim. And you'll find similar tools sold individually, but my tires required 3.
