I removed the front and rear wheels from a Kawasaki 650 Versys wheel in about 30 minutes. There was a learning process along the way. I knew in advance that this would not be an easy task. I ripped open the tire bead using two 8" C clamps and small 2x4 squares. I used Windex to lubricate the tires so they slide off the edge of the rim when you push your arms. Rubber protectors perfectly protected the surface of the rim. Slower. Plan to take your time. The handling of the three levers is not that easy. If you are in a hurry, you can damage the rim's coating. Once you complete this task, it will be easier to pass next time. Write down. Also make sure you have a large square of carpet, cardboard or plywood to work with as it's a battle between you and that tire and wheel cover will suffer if you do this on concrete.
