An absolute FAVORITE leisure shoe without lacing. I have tricky feet and the arch support etc is BOMB! There are now 2 couples...love'em.

These are the best hybrid shoes. Can be matched with any outfit, easy access and very comfortable. I wish more shoe brands made these hybrids.

I agree with other reviews that this shoe is too big. I wear the 12 2E with other New Balance hiking shoes and this shoe feels at least 1/2 size too big for me. It is very comfortable. I wear it at home and will not wear it, at least not in this size.

Comfort in everyday life. the fit is perfect for me. I wear 13 medium. Great support, easy on and off. Not for jogging or brisk walking, they fit loose but are suitable for everyday use. My first black pair but bought a gray one last year.

Insanely comfortable, just make sure to use your regular foot spray to keep them smelling fresh. Just because they have an open back doesn't mean they don't look like regular sneakers, if you're prone to foot stink you should use a little stuff like smell eaters or they'll stink as bad as your smelly sneakers. Additional editing for my second pair! So comfortable I bought another pair in a different color. Replaced my old NB 801 which blew at the seams after 5 years damn :) I've tried the 'wrong' attempts of other brands but seriously - you get what you pay for! New Balance is quality.

I've been wearing them every day for 2 months now. Legs always slip backwards. The "New Improved" back collar is fabric only. The so-called back collar is so loose that it does not help to support the legs when worn normally. Did I really pay $100 for these shoes? Don't repeat the same mistake! I bought these as my regular shoes (Merrell Encore Bypass) were not available at the time. I had to wait for the Merrell EncoreBypass shoes.

VERY comfortable walking shoes, don't expect to walk in them. I agree with other reviewers they loosen up to the point where you have to order half a size down or the shoe will be too loose on your feet. Not as nice as the previous M990V3, they were perfect, hope they get them back!

These shoes fit well and are very comfortable, but I don't consider them "hiking shoes". In fact, these are expensive slippers. They don't hold up well at all on a normal walk outside the house and I definitely can't wear them while driving. (I've tried, they're dangerous.) My problems may be related to my height (16-4E). This is the first pair of New Balance shoes in forty years that I'm not entirely happy with. Well, live and learn. With the unusual design, I had to rely on my instincts.

I have very wide feet and I have a hard time finding the right shoes. Most 4E shoes aren't even wide enough. They surprised me with their width. FIND GREAT.

Be warned, it's not on Prime. So if you need to return, you have to pay for the return shipping. I mistakenly thought I ordered through Prime. Mine are a bit small.

I'm always looking for a slipper to wear on our tile floors. My joints need a lot of padding in my shoes. But the real slippers don't seem to have any lining. (And I HATE memory foam!) So when a shoe like this comes along (low back for easy on and off), I prefer to think of it as a comfortable indoor slipper. And I think I found a keeper. I ordered them for my husband. He loves her. He ordered a size up to make sure his foot wouldn't slip off his back. They replaced him with Crocs.

I bought them to fly and pass the TSA check. I noticed that they are just very comfortable! I bought a little more than usual as I have very wide feet and they were great.

I have several New Balance models that are wide and comfortable. Unfortunately, this shoe was narrower than other shoes of the same size. The length was ok, just not wide enough. I was disappointed because this is a great looking shoe. I applied Revane's great return policy.

I had to go back, they are a beautiful pair of shoes without laces, but they are too high for me, and 4 times the width seems tight, I feel my feet are shrinking, I have many NB shoes, this one has the missing mark.

These are nice shoes without laces for everyday use both indoors and outdoors, for example by the pool. These are not actually hiking shoes, but a kind of loafer for at home. It is convenient and practical, easy to put on and take off.

My 4th (and 5th) indoor pair. They are slightly wider than the previous generation. I wear medium-sized clothes but I'm a little tight and these are a little too big. They're good for the home, but I wouldn't be able to successfully wear them outside. But they are very comfortable.

I bought a 7.5 Extra Wide 801 a few years ago to walk my dog and fill bird feeders as I can't wear my slippers outside. These 801s were, so to speak, just "street shoes".
