Good patterns if you work with stretch

I haven't sewn in years and when I got this pattern I realized it was just for stretch. I've never worked with elastic before, so I'm in no hurry to learn now.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Versatile, simple pattern, useful, cute

I cut mine last night. I drew it on draft paper because I didn't want to cut out the pattern for the bodice. Beautiful light patterns. Three pieces for one jersey, only one front, one back, food slot, glasses with a neck strap. Light. Love it. Good pants, dress, tops, 4 patterns for a t-shirt, normal like a t-shirt but add a sleeve. The pattern is thin so I circled it with tracing paper as I see I will be using this pattern often.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

The dimensions are pretty accurate and the details should lend themselves well to changing. I sewed the shirt and was able to do it all on the serger - you need a sewing machine or a coverstitch if you want to do too many stitches, but it's not really necessary. A great place to brush up on my long…

Pros
  • Freehand
Cons
  • Very expensive
