Plug works great!

I had a combo light hook with trailer brakes. The brake connector was not used. But it was not possible to just connect the connection. This adapter perfectly replaces the pure trailer connection

Pros
  • Works well with standard bracket
Cons
  • Some issues

Best Value Here

Used for my 4 pin trailer lights. My truck has a 7 pin connector which of course works like a charm and for $7 should last a couple of years. If not, there is no loss, I would still buy over $45.00.

Pros
  • Trailer End 7 Pin RV Type Round Connector for 4 Core Flat
Cons
  • Hard to Tell

Very cheap and loose fitting

It doesn't fit well, it's loose, sloppy and cheaply made. Some metal protrusions are either too small or too large. down when connected. I was expecting much better quality for something as important as trailer lighting. In the trash.

Pros
  • Molded weatherproof construction
Cons
  • old

MEASURE THE INSIDE DIAMETER OF THE PLUG

My fault for not knowing that the diameter of these connectors is somewhere else. Since I defined this late, I learned again not to take things literally. Inside diameter of my 7way was 1.55. diam. This product is 1.660 and it clearly says 1.6 so my mistake.

Pros
  • Widely used for standard American vehicle modifications, trailer plug converter
